People come and give presentations.
You get tired of filling forms, listening to them and all those first-day activities.
But, you miss something that really comes back to you.
I don't know why policy making people make it hard for people to understand their terms.
I really missed a lot of things when I was being inducted in company.
It's not all my fault, they use complex words (not in my poor vocabulary).
After few months of working in company, I really did something which led me to write this.
I tried to spread truth, and they charged me.
And later I found out, it was something I missed in induction.
So, I learned a lesson.
Even though induction is ultra boring. Don't miss it. :)
Small things can f**k you later in company.
They usually have 3000 pages full of Employee Manual but no one's gonna read it.
I m not saying you should read it. Just read what you shouldn't do it.
Still, I've not finished reading Employee Manual. :)
